I source procedur from my life.
I can’t promise you anything but results if you attempt them.
Don’t scroll until you’re ready.
procedur always hits better on a laptop or tablet.
procedur will always be better in a browser for aesthetic purposes.
Follow the pink links.
Have writing and listening tools ready.
Yeah Okay now proceed.
DECEMBER is [absent] medicine.
It doesn’t care how hard you tried.
Still, you think clarity arrives as illumination.
It arrives as deletion.
Quiet, boring, and bare removal of what you were so certain belonged to you.
What you cannot name will move first.
What you cannot claim will shape you.
What you cannot hold will create the next angle of your life.
The work now is slight, insulting in scale.
Obtain a weekly pill organizer.
Each day for 28 days, open the compartment for that day.
Say internally: The medicine is absent.
Close the compartment.
Set it down.
Do not add or alter anything.
DECEMBER is a drifting ast*risk.
You have come to the part where language is a defect.
Masterpiece depends on what isn’t expressed, but you?
You’ve ignored that for years.
Pitiful, you, kept trying to complete the thought, sew up its edges, avoid the scar.
Oblivious, you, never considered what the missing piece was doing in the dark.
It has taken notes on your hesitations, your revisions, and your pathetic faith in closure.
It knows the word you’re avoiding.
The new city runs on omissions only, baby.
On the slick, sweet violence of what is removed.
Take a look around.
The sentence turns toward you.
And it wants to know:
what you’ll remove when no one is looking.
And it wants to know:
what you will speak to when the addressee is gone.
And it wants:
your voice–
landing in a place that cannot answer back.
Choose an absent or unreachable entity.
Write one sentence addressed to it.
Remove one critical word and mark its absence with an apostrophe.
Copy the sentence by hand once per day for seven days.
On day seven, change which word is removed and write it once more.
Carry a small apostrophe-shaped cutout for the full duration.
DECEMBER is adopting your rage.
Only the refinement of rage can produce
a new perspective on masterpiece.
Thank you for your interest in The Foreign X-Rage Program.
Choose a non-native language.
Identify that language’s word for rage.
Say the word aloud once per day.
Each day, consume one rage-centered media item from that culture.
Record the behavior of this visiting rage you’ve adopted.
On day 30, submit a testimony of its behavior using the contact form on my website.
Had no idea, did you, how many effects could be produced from the providence that is simply clean emotion:
/h_i_gher/ machinations, what trails behind what you idolize, worship, profane.
You watch the surface of these words, all you’ve ever truly entered, topple like towers.
Their absence blows you up, slowly, with the reality of transparent knowing.
Questions that don you in invisible carriers of masterpiece:
rich little magnets of glorified impact:
the old fear now mixed in with the burning rubble below.
You have finally realized
the new city
is the slant replica.
Looks: virtually the same.
Oh, but behaves: the wholly opposite way than what you thought was the real city did.
You’ve come full circle.
Yeah Okay now proceed to walk the ───.
